Description: You are looking at a very rare new old stock Tag Heuer. This is the black faced Tag Heuer 980.029N men's 1000 professional watch. This watch is a true survivor. I am a watch collector who owns over 500 Tag Heuer watches. I currently have quite a few for sale. It was simply time to clean out the closet. This is a men's size TAG watch with a case size of about 38mm (41mm crown included). The crystal is in perfect condition with no scratches. The back casing is in excellent condition with a few light scratches from the battery changing tool over the years. The clear factory protective sticker is still attached to the back casing. The bracelet is the black PVD coated stainless steel and gold plated jubilee band. It is in near mint condition with little to no wear. The PVD is in fantastic shape. The gold is in fantastic shape. The gold might show dark spots in the photos, but that is from lighting shadows. The clasp and surrounding area is in excellent to near mint condition with light marks. The bezel is in near mint condition with no wear. The hands look perfect. The hour markers have darkened a bit over the years, but still look excellent. I would rate this true survivor as a solid 9.8 out of 10 in condition. This is hands down the nicest example of a 980.029 I have seen in a while. The watch is all original and will fit up to a 7.65 inch wrist. I do not have extra links. The bezel turns and clicks in the counter clockwise direction, as it should. This model has a quartz movement and it is 200 meters water resistant. I always recommend having the seals tested before wearing in water. I do not guarantee water resistance in a watch of this age. This is 100% authentic. Be careful because there are a lot of sellers on eBay selling fake TAGs from the UK, Japan, Canada, Bulgaria, Singapore, and even the USA.
