Description: Up for sale here is this new speaker terminal backing plate. This is a modern replacement for the speaker terminal plates found in many (not all) Marantz amplifiers and receivers from the 1970s. If your speaker terminal plate looks like this one, and your speaker terminals look like the ones in the last picture, this will work great for you. All you have to do is unscrew the old speaker terminals from the old broken terminal plate and screw them into the new plate. No soldering required! The old terminal plates break in shipping or rough handling, but these new plates are the same dimensions are and much stronger, so they will not break. Please note that no actual speaker terminals are included--you will have to reuse your old ones. This listing is just for the backing plate.
