Description: I've been using these hot-swap caddies on a ReadyNAS Pro 2, a ReadyNAS Ultra 2, and a ReadyNAS Duo. The release buttons on these caddies are stuck and inoperable, which is common with these caddies, but the caddies still hold the drives in-place securely. A small screwdriver is needed to release the caddy latch.
