NOTE - If you do not know how to sync an Orbi satellite please view the instructions on Netgear's website prior to purchasing. You will need to know how to sync in order to set up this satellite. If you can't do this, please do not purchase without contacting us first. If you are having sync issues PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST prior to submitting a return. Each of our units are updated to the latest firmware, tested and speed tested prior to being listed. Our units work flawlessly. Most all sync issues are caused by your router and current setup and we can work through those issues. We can't help you if you do not tell us there is a problem.
