This autograph is part of a large collection that we obtained and all the autographs were signed in-person from 1939 to 1949 in the downtown Chicago area. Please look at the photo we have provided closely, since the item was signed over 70 years ago some of the autographs might have slight stains from newspaper / magazine photos that were attached in the books. These autographs went untouched for over 70 years and we did our best to preserve their original condition. Any magazine photo or newspaper clipping that you see attached to any of these autographs was put there by the collector some 70 years ago. The buyer will receive the EXACT autograph that is pictured in the scan. You will also notice that most of the autographs have been dated just under the autograph. We are quite certain that is the date the autograph was signed and in some cases we think the celebrity added the date but most of the dates were probably added by the collector after obtaining the autograph.
