Description: This beautiful McKee vase is a stunning example of mid-20th century pressed glass production. The amber-colored glass adds a warm touch to any room. Filled with a Fall bouquet, it really calls attention to itself. The vase stands at 11 inches tall and weighs a bit over 4 lbs. The pressed glass pattern dates back to the very early 1900s when McKee first started making glass. Items made in colors in this pattern generally are not from that early era but sometime between 1908 and 1952 when McKee closed its doors. This shape of vase is often called a corset vase by collectors. Crafted in the United States C1940, this original McKee vase is in very good condition, with the exception of a βbruiseβ on a point of the hexagon foot - see close up. This is an impressive vase in size, weight, style and color. PACKED WITH CARE. ONE DAY SHIPPING. SMOKE FREE HOME WITH πββ¬ π S.
