All 15 forms are different from each other and include offers for Barbie items like: A free headband when you buy Great Shape Barbie, A free Rocker T-shirt when you buy a Rocker Barbie doll, free Locket when you buy a Jewel Secrets doll, Day-to-Night Barbie's child-size briefcase, Magic Curl Barbie's bathtub coupon, free Barbie fashions when you buy a doll. There are Fan Club Applications, and a form for a free Dazzle Fashion when you buy a Dazzle doll. The "We really do Care" booklet allowed children to order accessories that they had lost from their toys (like Superstar Barbie's diamond jewelry)! Lots of really fun stuff here. All forms are unused and from adult collection. The larger forms measure approximately 6 inches X 4.33 inches (bigger than index cards). The other forms are thinner and wider than the others.
