Leotax Special Showa Kogaku Rare Leica Type Camera w/ State f3.5 50mm Lens

Description: Here is a very rare Leotax Special rangefinder camera from 1946. It has its original State f3.5 50mm lens. I am selling the camera "as-is" for display or repair as it does not work. I could not get the shutter to fire and I did not see movement in the rangefinder window. The chrome looks very nice showing some wear including an indent at the front corner of the right most window. The focus and diaphragm both work fine on the lens. The glass is clean but does have some internal haze so could use an internal cleaning. The leather covering on the camera is in great shape.
