These are "A" condition cases - meaning they show few signs of previous wear and tear. The carrying case is used but it is clean and free of any MAJOR defects - no tears, major marks, or major stains. It is in exceptional shape for having been used by a child. There will be few minor dings or marks here and there from prior use but they will be very small and mostly unnoticeable. These are not new and will all have some signs of prior use. These cases are very light and durable. They really protect the LeapPad well. For the price of replacing a LeapPad, the screens can break if dropped, these cases are inexpensive and a must. The zipper on this case has been tested and works well. The bands that hold the games in are in new condition and hold the games securely. The strap is in good useable condition but there will be touch ups here or there on the strap where the paint has flaked off.
