Description: Both pond and aquarium comfortable from show tank. We ship Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next day air , avoiding weekends to avoid unnecessary stress on the fish. Since we do not have complete control once our precious koi leave the farm in the unlikely case of DOA, two pictures within 2 hrs of delivery is required for a replacement or refund, one picture of fish in unopened bag and the other with fish lying on dry newspaper. And for refund of shipping we need three pictures of the box damaged where it was delivered, which is required for UPS reimbursement in case the problem occurred during shipping.
