Description: This is Kinnatone’s version of the JHS “Meat and 3” mod of the EHX Soul Food overdrive pedal. I personally like this one better than the JHS one because the toggle switch is at the top instead of the side which is better for pedalboard use. Speaking of the toggle: the center position is a classic Klon diode, the right side position is a silicon diode, and the left position is a germanium diode. The red knob on the side is an added bass feature. This pedal gets plenty loud especially with the Klon diode and sounds very similar to the legendary pedal itself. Surely, you won’t be disappointed with this versatile overdrive pedal.
