Description: John Houseman Handled Paper Chase Spin-off Book. I had a dealers table at a Universal city Sheraton movie convention in the 70s. I knew John Houseman was a guest who was going to attend so I brought along a few things for him to sign. I didn’t want to overburden with more than one or two items. He took note of this paperback book, based on a new upcoming show, called the associates, which he was to appear as professor Kingsfield in the pilot episode, he had no idea that this book even came out. All he did was spend about a minute going through the book and checking it out while making comments. I didn’t have him sign it because he was signing one of those TV Guide portrait covers that he was featured on with James Stevens from the paper Chase. I also had him sign a paper back book of the John Osborne, paper, Chase novel.
