Description: The Memovox - a watch that needs no introduction. This is the first iteration of the Memovox LeCoultre movement from the 1950's with the 17 jewel movement calibre 489/1. The all stainless steel case has the wonderful art deco style lugs - the most elegant case. The watchmaker marks on the case back suggest some servce history, the watch has not been serviced whilst in my possession it keeps time and the alarm works as intended.
