The illustration used is by the original creator, Adrian Tomine. The poster was designed by Idea Oshima, an art director known for his work on posters for numerous acclaimed films such as Shoplifters (directed by Hirokazu Koreeda, 2018) and Midsommar (directed by Ari Aster, 2019). Oshima's posters are highly regarded in the film industry, reflecting the essence of each movie with a unique approach.
