There is a stain on the outer page edges that extends to pages as much as 1/16" inward, but does not extend to text. Some age spotting here and there within pages. Both covers have stains, smudges, and/or ink stains. Denting to cover edges. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. This book measures 10 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 3/8".
