This auction is for a 40 or 44 MM Keihin CV carburetor rebuilding service. The carburetors you see in the photos are examples of my work, and are for illustration purposes only. I have been rebuilding CV carburetors for over 25 years and I also sell stock CV carburetors here on eBay with a no hassle return guarantee. Please review my feedback as a seller and photos in this listing and you will see many recent examples of the quality of the work I do. I have a full inventory of all replacement parts. The cost of my service is 145 dollars. Please contact me for other forms of payment if you do not want to use paypal.You need to send me your carburetor at your expense. It can be mailed in a USPS medium flat rate box to anywhere in the USA for about 15 dollars and the post office provides the box for free. The rebuild price includes the cost of my sending the carburetor back to you. The turnaround time is 5 business days or less from the time I receive it until it is sent back to you. On the auction listing I have the ship time at 15 days to allow time for you sending the carb to me, and for me to rebuild it and send it back. For the basic rebuilding price you will get: Carburetor completely cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner that operates at 140 degrees and 40,000 Hz.. All components free of all contaminants. Any damaged fasteners replaced. New accelerator pump diaphragm and spring and rubber boot. New float bowl seal. Slide cleaned and polished. All orifices and passageways cleaned. Main and pilot jets cleaned. If you want the jets changed to a different value I will do it during the rebuild at no charge. There will very minimal additional charges for any of the following provided you are getting them with the rebuild service: Float support towers broken (this requires the replacement of the entire carburetor body and is an additional 65 dollars) Damaged or broken top Missing components Broken castings (may require body replacement) Broken or cracked fuel inlet or upgrade plastic inlet to brass is 30 dollars. (Highly recommended to upgrade to brass if your original one is black plastic.) damaged threads Torn or broken slide diaphragm rubber is 15 dollars Damaged or frozen air idle mixture screw. (if it cannot be removed it will require the replacement of the carb body) This service is available for USA buyers only at this time.
