Description: This is a Hand-Painted Folk Art Cast Iron 3" Cauldron Mini Pot w/ Handle. Miniature pot has an approximate diameter of 3" (at the top rim) and stands approximately 1.75" H. Unfortunately, I don't know much about the piece. It is clearly cast iron and the artwork is hand-painted, possibly Pennsylvania Dutch. In fact, I would say it is very likely PA Dutch Folk Art. But the age of the piece or its exact creator, I cannot say. Condition-wise, it is pristine with no signs of wear/use/age. There is, however, what appears to have been a flaw in the cast, as the lip of the pot has a "chip" on one side. Please see the last few photos for images of this flaw.
