Description: Comes with all the pars. It does turn on and say the phrase and spins the stick with her hands, not sure if the fog works because i couldn't figure out how to see it up. The head works and eyes light up but it sounds like there's a loose part in there but it does work. All other features are untested, only plugged it in to make sure it did cycle.
