Description: This is a Grandstream GXV3240 VOIP desk phone that can also do Video calls. We used this for a few years and it was working when decommissioned. The screen has two rows of pixels that sometimes show as white (see photo) and sometimes show what they are supposed to show. (In the photo of the screen, that's some branches in the screen background image. There are no scratches on the screen.) Includes handset and convertible clip for desk standing or wall mounting. No manuals or documentation, but they can be downloaded from Grandstream's web site. Please consult those manuals for feature details. You can either configure this with one or more VOIP accounts directly, or you can configure it to work with Asterisk or other PBX software. It does not include a wall wart power supply, but it does include a POE adapter and a short network cable. (In other words, you plug the network cable into the adapter, plug the adapter into an outlet, and it will carry power to the phone over the network cable. It's like magic. Whoooooo.)
