Description: GANDHI, 1982 Theatrical premiere poster, very large, 30 x 21 inches "Columbia Pictures Presents a World Event" Gandhi 1982 original theatrical poster in my possession since seeing the film open in 1982. Original 1982 premiere theatrical poster for the Academy Award Winning best picture, Gandhi, starring Ben Kingsley. This was obtained originally in 1982 by me when I attended the opening of the film in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when I was reviewing films for the college newspaper, so it has only had one owner in all that time. It has been stored, folded, in a standard file folder all this time. There are some minor wear issues but overall is good to very good and clean condition. Dimensons are 30 inches long and 21 inches wide, nearly 3 feet by 2 feet. See pictures. Poster will be shipped in its folded-down form in a secured envelope between hard cardboard and water resistant plastic for safety. CONDITION: GOOD+ to VG used condition. The poster has minimal edgewear and is overall clean. There is one small hole of less than 1/8th inch in one of the folds. The poster is folded and in good solid shape. Edges mostly sharp.
