Description: Fender Stratocaster neck, 22 frets, 25.5" scale, Maple with Rosewood fretboard made in Japan by the famous Fuji-Gen Gakki plant where all Fender Japan guitars were made between 1982 and 1997.E serial number letter puts this neck to have been manufactured between 1984 and 1987. Model number on the heel states ST-562, but it will fit other Fender Japanese Floyd Rose equipped models such as STR-75, STR-80, Pro-Feel Series and other Fuji-Gen made guitars. Originally, it had a behind the nut locking mechanism, that has been removed, holes filled, and a Kahler Spyder locking nut installed which eliminates the need for a string retainer. Frets show some wear, but still lots of life left. Comfortable medium C neck shape profile. Back of the neck is very smooth, I see one tiny ding which can't be felt while playing. Drilled for both standard square 4-bolt and contour heel layouts. In case you want to put it on a body not made by Fuji-Gen, neck dimensions at the heel: 56.5 mm width, 21 mm height. Width at the nut: 43 mm. Photos are a part of the description please read and study carefully. Any doubts or questions - please make sure to ask prior to making a purchase. Shipping $27, Lower 48 ONLY. No returns unless it arrives in a different condition than described. Reasonable offers will be considered, low ball offers will be ignored.
