Description: Vintage PORCELIER 2-Slip Shade Ceiling Light Fixture, Rewired, Excellent! This 2-bulb slip shade ceiling fixture was manufactured by Porcelier sometime during the 1930's to early 1950's, the lifetime of the company. It is in excellent condition and is ready to install on the ceiling. We carefully cleaned the fixture, removing all of the dirt and ceiling paint along the sides and back. The fixture has a cream colored background with raised blue & orange flowers with their green leaves and brown stems. It is accented with 24k gold trim which is in near perfect condition. The photos show both sides of the fixtures. We retained the original porcelain and brass sockets which have been rewired. The fixture is 12" long, 4-1/8" wide, and is 4-1/4" high in the center (not including the mounting nut). It uses standard base bulbs (not included). The sale includes the mounting hardware (antique brass mounting nut, threaded nipple, & crossbar). If you would prefer a different mounting nut, just look over our other Porcelier listings and find one you like better. We have a lot of different styles and colors in stock.
