Description: This Epoch Calico Critters lot includes a house, a treehouse, figures and a variety of furniture pieces and accessories. Everything is in good, clean, pre-owned condition, so not perfect. Some of the pieces are discolored, bed is missing drawers, etc... please see photos. There are about 59 of the small hard furniture pieces and accessories and 10 creatures and about 25 pieces of clothing. The house is in good condition, but it looks like some railings are missing. What is pictured is what is included.The treehouse is also in good condition, but same goes. Note for shipping, things will be taken apart if able to, like the tree limbs, ladders that detach.
