Description: Here is a group of German made toy figures that date prior to World War II. They are made by OMH Elastolin and carry the "L" mark. These early figures are made of composition not plastic. This group includes four pieces: a standing Native American warrior, a kneeling warrior, a warrior that sits on a horse, and a horse. They are well used and approximately 90+ years old, so they have some condition issues but overall, still look good. The paint is worn, there are some cracks and missing tips. They are dusty! But the horse back rider still fits and has his original rope! The standing figure still has the shaft of his spear and a knife at his waist. The kneeling figure still has his bow and arrow. Please carefully inspect the photos. Two of the figures have the Elastolin mark on the bottom of their base. The horse is screwed on to a wooden platform. The tallest figure measures 4 3/4 inches with his arm extended. The spear extends further. The horseback figure is about 5 1/2 inches high in the saddle. The base of the horse is 4 1/2 inches long. The rider has a metal rod that fits in a hole in the saddle of the horse and keeps him sturdy in the saddle. These are fragile items as they are made of composition material.
