She was a wealthy shopaholic who kept a condo in an affluent neighborhood that she never lived in; she used it as a storage unit for her purchases - most either unworn or worn only once or twice. This sweater is one of the unworn items, as it still has its original tag. I'm reasonably certain this sweater is vintage 90s, but I have no way to confirm this.
