Description: Please note: This extinguisher is EMPTY of any fluid, and is for DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. This is a wonderful brass and copper fire extinguisher that was manufactured by the Fyr-Fyter Co of Dayton Ohio. For those wishing to identify it, amongst other things (written upon it) it says "Foam Fyr-Fyter... Classification A-1 B-1 No 114719". This extiguisher is from the 1920s. It shows wonderful signs of wear but will buff up beautifully if you prefer that look. It measures 23 3/4" height x 7 1/2 diameter (at base). It weighs 15lb 7ozMaterials: Copper, Brass, Metal, CONDITION PLEASE READ: This extinguisher shows signs of age and wear as all great vintage items do. It is EMPTY and is for decorative purposes only. Examine all the pictures closely. It is marked and discolored in places from wear and old copper. It no longer has its rubber hose. The metal shows signs of age. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of it's exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words. This extinguisher could also be restored if you prefer that look (I like it as it is!).
