Description: This listing is for the XL size USS Discovery, NCC-1031, from the show Star Trek Discovery. Just over 11 1/3" long, almost 5" wide and slightly over 1" tall (it's a slim ship) your USS Discovery XL is a masterpiece to behold! The ship you see in the pictures is one of four I have available. The base of the one I used for the photos and video is still sealed. I used the base of one of the ships from my personal collection for these photos. The one pictured in this listing was only removed from the packaging for these photos. The Discovery was originally captained by Gabriel Lorca, who turned out (spoiler alert) to be from the MIRROR UNIVERSE! Afterwards, Michael Burnham (spoiler alert) half brother of SPOCK, eventually gained the captaincy and the ship (spoiler alert) jumped to the 32nd century to continue her adventures. SHIPPING If you wish to purchase shipping insurance on the item, you must contact me for the additional insurance cost before payment is submitted. This cost will be added to a new invoice. Otherwise, the buyer assumes full and complete responsibility for the item during shipment by the shipper (UPS / USPS / FedEx).
