Description: This Dept. 56 Haunted Fun House is in pretty good condition. All the lights work and flash; the guy in the yellow wheel does not turn all the time; missing a few pieces off the house - please refer to picture on box but I think it's just the birds on right hand top and the clown and cop at bottom. Does have small chip on back left hand corner. Still a great piece! Does not include the extra tree or leaves. Has original box (has some rips) and styrofoam for storage.
