This part is indeed just as pictured and has been inspected to verify the condition, which is new. Please note that shipping does actually cost shippers. Things like: box/envelope, packing material, tape, markers, time, and my gas when I hand deliver the package, can either be covered in honest shipping & handling fees or factored into the item's amount if the free shipping option is offered.
