Description: This 2004 DALE DAVIS Portland Trailblazers team-issued mini bobblehead is very hard-to-find. It was NOT available at retail (i.e. could not be purchased directly), but was only available to members of the Blazers Fan Club who earned a fairly high level of points that season. Points were earned by scanning your Fan Club card when attending Rose Garden events, buying food there, buying merchandise there, etc. Nodder is in great condition, at least Near Mint/Mint.
