Description: We manufacture custom letterpress photopolymer printing plates of standard sizes. This offer is for the A4 size (8.2x11.5). The finished plate will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. How it works. You submit your art in such a way it will fit into A4 sheet. The art file must be vector art in PDF, ESP or an AI format. The art file must be a PMS black (no process color black). Files that have issues will be returned for fixes, The plate material used (you choice) JET USA; LSL-94 CTP (most common used) or LSL-94 CHFB (clear very hard) for printing or embossing or LSL-100 HSBX for hot stamp molding. The LSL-94 mylar based plates have a 0.004 sticky back applied . Files received by noon (assuming they are good) will be shipped same day. Assumed DPI for screened files is 85 LPI unless otherwise stated. You can request Line screens of 85 LPI, 100LPI, 120LPI and 133 LPI Please note that there are limitation on your printing press, ink and printing stock..
