Description: 8.5” x 11" SIGNED letter from William F. McCombs (1876-1921) to Clarence W. Barron (1855-1928). Mr. McCombs was an American lawyer and politician. He was Chair of the Democratic National Committee and was credited with getting Woodrow Wilson elected president. A book was written about this titled “William F. McCombs: The President Maker” in 1922.
