Description: VINTAGE COLLETABLE UNUSUAL 6"H MIDDLE EASTERN STYLE CERAMIC HOUSE ON WOOD BASE. DESCRIPTION I have scoured the internet trying to find a similar type building, but I was not able to find anything like it. I couldn't find anything that even sat on a wood base like this does. It's not marked, so no artist. It's very interesting, and extremely unusual. Probably from around the 70s or 80s because the collection it came from was mostly from that era. It looks like something possibly Middle Eastern, with the narrow tall turrets, terraces/balconies, and the straw rooves. CONDITION The only damage I can see is what looks like a chip to the corner of the wall at the base of the steps. The damage is in the last picture. APPROX MEASUREMENTS 6" at highest point 2.5" base diameter Almost 3" at widest point of buildings This was part of a collection donated to our church. All proceeds go towards a homeless ministry that the donor was involved in. Most of her items come from 70s and 80s Europe, especially the UK.
