These are sized for ladies and they fit pretty close to street shoe- the measurements that are given when you click the size to order are showing you the length of the shoe on the outside measured by putting the shoe down on the edge of a piece of paper where the back of the heel would fall, then to the front of the toe.. I wear a ladies 10 and the 10 fit me great so I feel like as long as you don't have a super wide foot, you are good with your street shoe size..These will ship in the box unless you choose priority mail padded envelope in which case I will remove the box and just ship shoes.
