Description: this is a new open box chap mei marine corp.4" action figure.there is some wear on the package of this figure.there are some scuffs,scratches,nicks,dings and corner and edge wear for sure.yellowing is also evident.there is spotting as well.there is also wear from where the figure was removed from the package on the top and bottom of the plastic part of the package,residue as well is left from the cardboard backing.the figure has never been played with i do not believe, but I am not 100 percent certain of it,only about 99 percent.the defects as far as i can tell is some factory defects and paint wear. the figure does come with all its weapons,etc.thank you for looking at this listing.
