Originally, these were custom ordered for the new AXSR and ATX product launch, and was to be included with the rifle. That project was canceled so there are a hand full of these for sale. The torque limiter is made by SLOKY, who also makes torque limiters for Fix-It-Sticks, the 4mm bit is made by Borka. All components are from the best quality manufacturers in the industry.
