Description: "Loch Lubnaig (Perthshire) Looking North West" black-and-white engraving, ca. 1870s; unframed. Reverse shows signs of age, but the image is in excellent condition. Measures 8.75" x 6.5". Never displayed, and stored out of direct sunlight. Markings show "Painted by J. Fleming" in lower left corner; "July 22, 1835" hand-written in pencil beside that; "Engraved by Joseph Swan" in lower right corner. I cannot attest to the authenticity or accuracy of the art style, but I bought this from a trusted dealer who described it as an engraving from about the 1870s.
