BLACK FLAG-Nervous Breakdown 7" + Show Flyer

Description: Black Flag-Nervous Breakdown 7"ep1978-SST This is what is known as Version 5 of the classic EP from Black Flag, as detailed below from Discogs notes. This copy is (crudely) signed by the band. I acquired this from the person who had it signed at their first St. Louis area show in 1982. They played just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis in Belleville, IL. The auction also includes the rare as hen's teeth flyer for this show. I have shown this to several old timers from this area, and nobody even remembers seeing a flyer for this show. In many years of collection; this is the only one I've seen. This is a one of kind pairing of two rarities. Release notes:Version 5 SLEEVE - Red ink, gloss paper, back of sleeve flat and lower than front side, back cover art same as Version 4, no barcode LABELS - Fuchsia Pink, the R and E in "RECORDS" do not touch, "BLACK FLAG" in minutely different font, song time 2:05 VINYL - 7", Black, big hole CONDITION: VG+/VG+ Sleeve has some straining on front from a price tag. There is also some general, light rumpling on the sleeve. No seam splits or tears, but it has been handled. Lower end VG+ at the worst. Vinyl has some light paper lines and handling marks. No actual scratches and plays great, with only a bit of light, intro surface noise. VG For the flyer. It doesn't have pinholes or tears but it was once folded into 8ths. One down the middle from top to bottom and another three from left to right. All records are well packed in record mailers with extra reinforcement/padding. All cassettes and CDs are sent in heavy cardboard mailers or in padded envelopes with plenty of cardboard protection.
