Description: This is a very rare huge 10 1/2"tall antique hand blown glass fishing net float in a real pretty dark teal or peacock blue color!....It measures about 34"circumference around the float....3 3/4"long crude applied glass seal over the opening where blowpipe was removed. It has a sunken spot in middle of this plug, so that the float actually sits on a table or shelf without rolling......This wonderful glass float was free blown by hand, so there are no mold seams.....Good condition except for a 2 1/2"curved crack located near the edge of the applied glass plug. No other damage. Some light scratches. Some spotty light inside haze, but there is no opening anywhere. I believe this float is over 75 years old.
