I WOULD CALL IT ART DECO DESIGN, AS IT WILL DATE FROM THE 1930's PERIOD . THE LIGHT IS WORKING BUT THERE IS NO SWITCH - BUT THE CLOCK DOESN'T SEEM TO BE WORKING . THE LIGHT MEASURES 30CM HIGH, 22CM WIDE AND 8CMS DEEP . THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A TIME ADUSTMENT KNOB ON THE BACK BUT THAT HAS BEEN BROKEN OFF . OTHER THAN THIS, IT IS IN VERY GOOD USED CONDITION FOR ITS AGE
