Appears to be made by the one of many early 20th century copper smith shops throughout America at the time although we did not see a makers mark. The kettle holds 18 ounces X 5 = 90 ounces of water with about 1/2 of an inch below the top of brim remaining. Due to its age, we do not recommend using it due to early 20th century America having different manufacturing processes and safety criteria was NOT in place. Alternatively, it would definitely be useful for non consumables or for warming water for foot warmers, etc. The teapot kettle measures including its carry handle approx. 9 - 1/4" inches in height and is 9" inches in width with its bottom diameter measuring 6 - 3/8 with its widest mid level kettle diameter measuring 6 - 1/2" inches.
