The outer layer constructed of solid grooved walnut with black ebonized painted inner borders.The inner layer is gold gilt with a unique curved line and diamond stencil gilt design. Frame is wired to hang vertically but can easily be switched to hang horizontally. Perfect to hang antique paintings, prints, photographs, samplers, tapestries, mirrors, and much more. Great original antique condition! Wear/scratches to frame due to age. Some minor cracks, spotting, chips to the frame. Please review all images as they are part of the condition report.
