Description: Description:These wonderful doors were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.They are made of oak and are unpainted on both sides.Each has a glass opening at the top with a raised panel below, panels are fluted on one side. Most hardware will need to be replaced. They measure 50.25 inches wide together, 83.75 tall, and 2 inches thick.Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. The doors were trimmed and are out of square, the bottoms have an odd notch from weather stripping that will need to be cut off. There are 3 holes from modern doorknobs and locks. The glass stop moldings will need to be replaced. There is a chip at the bottom of 1 door. One of the moldings that frames a lower panel is missing. We generally make delivery trips along the I-85 and I-95 corridors to central Florida and the Florida panhandle in January. In spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed. We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
