Description: ANTIQUE KASHMIRI LAMP An antique copper oil lamp with pouring spout from the Kashmir region of India.It is intricately decorated all round with a foliate design typical of the Kashmir region. It could be used as a candle holder or as a censer. Date: late 19th or early 20th century.Condition: Fair to poor condition. At first glace the lamp looks quite good, but it has a small split in the rim and the handle is absent; it would have originally have had a serpent shaped handle in the form of a stylised cobra.
