Features lovely embroidery along the base of the skirt, with many pleasts along the backside. Closes in the back, there are no closures present. This skirt is being sold in AS FOUND condition-there are numerous small holes throughout. Perfect for study, repair or restoration. MEASUREMENTS ~ 31" length waist to hem, waist 24" -side to side flat across and doubled Please note these measurements are taken on the outside of the garment.
