He was a photographer and 2 of his photography portraits are at the National Gallery of Art in D.C. PAPER TRADE LABEL IS SEEN IN PHOTO'S. ORIGINAL BLACK/GOLD WOOD FRAME NOT REPAINTED. This measures 8" X 6 1/2". Perfect for small areas and corners for decor. This is a one of a kind piece, I have researched for one like it and cannot find another similiar, it is hand painted and hand embroidered on linen.
