Description: Antique 19th C French Copper Fish Kettle/Poacher - Planter/Beer Cooler This is a really versatile item and can be repurposed for a number of uses. It still has its lift out tray. It could be used as a planter, beer cooler or glass carrier or any other suitable purpose. It is stamped "CR" "LEFINE" "F*HARDOIN" (I think), probably relating to the owner but possibly the maker.I have included a number of photos and these probably describe the item better than I can and form part of the description. Condition: In a good condition for age, it is water tight with marks, knocks and small dents, historic polish residue and some light corrosion to the iron/steel pieces.Size: Maximum length 60cm (just under 24" or 2 Foot), internal length 54.5cm, 15.5cm wide, 11.7cm high. 2831grams.
