Antique 1930s 1940s Art Deco Gatsby Theater Tuxedo Black Ceiling Light Fixture

Description: Antique 1930s-40s era Art Deco Flush Mount Tuxedo black enamel Directional Theater Ceiling Light. Very beautiful rare Art Deco directional theater lobby ceiling light fixture. The globe is black enameled to allow light to illuminate downward but also has an accent band of clear glass to give a fabulous accenting light eminence and accent without casting a lot of ambient light on the top or sides. The antique light globe is in fair antique condition overall, there is some aging discoloration and spotting in the Black enamel from decades of use ((Please use photos and zoom for reference)). The chrome fixture base/socket/wires are replaced new with an era correct fixture base style as the original base was way too rusty and unsalvageable for use. Overall the antique glass shade is in good antique condition considering the age. All imperfections are very typical for an antique this age and superficial, the glass is free of cracks and/or repairs. PLEASE NOTE - Bulb not included. This Fixture is an absolute fabulous design sure to turn heads and spark conversations every time. The glass globe is circa 90 years old so there are imperfections scattered throughout as you would expect but overall a wonderful surviving piece of functional art from the great Art Deco theater era that has been brought back to life to enjoy for decades more to come.
