Description: Adorable Vintage 2" Santa in Green Hat w/ Hands in the Air Figurine. Maybe he is waving with both hands or is he throwing his hands up or about to catch a ball (or toy bag). SO cute. I believe this is ceramic...the material is very smooth. It's not often I can't tell what material a product is made of, but this one I'm unsure. If it's plastic, it's not cheap plastic. It seems to have more weight than plastic would though. There is cardboard attached st bottom as if he may have been pulled off of something. Preowned in excellent condition.
