It has a beautiful silver gilt embossed picture of the Salt Lake Temple. The binding is starting to separate in several places but all of the pages are tight. The pages are in very good condition, no tears or creases. the front fly page has writing and crayon drawing on it and the page with the pictures of the First Council of the Seventy and the Presiding Bishopric has writing and markings on it (see picture).
